Engaging whānau/tamariki in Early Childhood Education
Ngā Whakamārama - Service Description
Awhi Mai Awhi Atu is a free service dedicated to helping whānau build relationships with Early Learning Education (ECE) centres. Our Mission is to assist whānau in finding the best and most suitable early learning opportunities within their Community.
This programme aids whānau with tamariki aged 3 - 5 years in making well-informed decisions when selecting an early learning centre or Kohanga Reo. We offer support from the initial enrollment in early environment where they can engage in free play and socialise with others, while whānau collaborate with the programme facilitator to develop a tailored early learning plan
